The Project
Positioned in the heart of Shrewsbury, Abbey Foregate has many old buildings, this 1850s Grade 2 Listed top floor apartment needed a complete refurbishment along with communal areas.
We managed the whole project and the refurbishment included the strip out, new timber sash windows with local planning, a full rewire, new boiler and plumbing throughout, and the creation of a cupboard and en-suite. We also installed a new kitchen, bathroom plus carpet and decoration throughout.
We also project managed and facilitated an update to the communal area including a new interconnecting fire alarm system and emergency lighting. Updated lighting, carpet and decoration throughout.
