

California Campers is owned and managed by Chris and brothers Mark and Rob, and operates out of our brand new premises in Telford.
We were tasked with the role of fitting out the offices and warehouse facilities to budget and to tight timelines. We also needed to future-proof the facilities for potential works that could happen later down the line.
As part of the office and warehouse fit-out we were responsible for; a steam staff shower and toilet facility as well as a disabled toilet as per building regulations.
Meeting room for clients and staff presentations including open planned office area.
Bespoke kitchen to clients specification. Electrics, lighting, power, fire detection aircon and HVAC. We also allowed for a space for a secondary business within the new building ground floor plus future-proofing with a mezzanine floor for future growth. As part of the full project management solution, we also managed and liaised with building control to make sure the project complied with the building regulations.
